my favorite tea
this is my favorite starbucks tea – african red bush. yummmmmm. i am trying to stop the coffee and move solely to tea (no honey or sugar, just plain). today i had a stomachache and had someone pick up this lovely grande cup of tea for me 
this tea has rooibos in it which is high in antioxidants and gives energy without caffiene. i LOVE it.

I have not tried this particular flavor from Tazo, but if you want something that is really relaxing, and my favorite from the brand-you should try their Zen, it’s green tea with lemongrass, it is great for if you have a cold.

I wonder why they didn’t just call it Rooibos, because Rooibos is Afrikaans for “red bush”.
The tea is made of Rooibos (red bush).
